Gym Closed Due To Holiday

 Please continue to stay active and mentally prepare yourself for another great week of training.

When you feel like stopping, think about why you started.

Strength doesn’t come from what you CAN do, it comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.

 Forget failure, forget mistakes, forget everything except what you’re going to do now… and do it!

Look in the mirror… THAT’s your competition.
