12-3 Minute Rounds with a Mandatory 1 Minute Break
To attempt to complete the following:
-100 Double Unders
-90 Sit-ups
-80 Kettlebell Swings 53/35
-70 Push-ups
-60 Deadlifts 135/95
-50 Evil Wheels
-40 Goblet Squats
-30 Pull-ups
-20 Box Jumps 24/20
-10 Clean and Jerks
WOD will simulate a boxing match athlete will complete as many reps as possible in the 3 minute round. After the mandatory 1 minute break the athlete will continue the fight and start where they left off. If all reps are completed in the 12 rounds athlete wins by way of K.O, if not total amount of reps will be the final score.
