Rx:

 12 minute AMRAP

2 rounds of:

50 ft weighted walking lunge (25 ft each way) [50/35 lb dumbbells in each hand]

16 Toes-to-bar

8 Power Cleans (50/35 lb dumbbells in each hand)

Then, 2 rounds of:

50 ft walking lunge (25 ft each way) [50/35 lb dumbbells in each hand]

16 bar muscle-ups

8 Power Cleans (50/35 lb dumbbells in each hand)

Etc., alternating between t2b and bar muscle-ups every 2 rounds

Scaled:

50 ft weighted walking lunge (25 ft each way) [35/20 lb dumbbells in each hand]

16 hanging high knee-raises

8 Power Cleans (35/20 lb dumbbells in each hand)

Then, 2 rounds of:

50 ft walking lunge (25 ft each way) [35/20 lb dumbbells in each hand]

16 chin-over-bar pull-ups

8 Power Cleans (35/20 lb dumbbells in each hand)

Etc., alternating between hanging high knees and chin-over-bar pull-ups every 2 rounds
