Designed for Professional Boxer Robert “the Ghost” Guerrero to mimic a 6 round fight. 3 minutes of work followed by 1 minute of rest.

Perform this like “Fight Gone Bad,” by rotating immediately to the next station every 1 minute, the clock does not stop or reset between stations. Tell coach total reps after each station.
