“Mash Potatoes Mash Up” partner WOD
Both work together to complete:
50 clean & jerk (135/95)
100 burpees
50 KBS (53/35)
100 wallball (20/14)
50 toes to bar
100 deadlift (135/95)
One partner chips away, while the other runs 200m. Then you switch. The one running now picks up where the other left off. Communicate before you take off running.
Scale as needed and try to partner up with someone of similiar ability.
