“Attack Your Goat Monday”

As you all know, 16.5 was the last WOD announced from the 2016 CrossFit Open. We encourage every athlete to come in and give it a shot. For those of you not interested do not take Monday as a rest day, come work on something you desire to be better at or simply drop by and we’ll give you a WOD. CFP!
